Our story

UniQ CRM was started by a team of Indian SaaS operators who spent years watching local businesses fight a stack of fragmented, US-built tools that never quite fit. CRMs that didn't understand WhatsApp. Funnel builders that didn't speak UPI. Marketing platforms that couldn't bill in INR.

So we built UniQ — a single platform that replaces 20+ tools, with every feature designed first for the way Indian businesses actually operate. WhatsApp at the centre. Razorpay and UPI native. GST invoices automatic. Hindi and regional languages everywhere.

Pavan spent his early career inside India's growth engine — working hands-on with MSMEs, agencies and founders who were closing customers on WhatsApp, taking payments over UPI and running everything from a notebook and a phone.

Every software stack he tested was built abroad and bolted on: CRMs that couldn't send a proper WhatsApp follow-up, funnel tools that couldn't raise a GST invoice. So he set out to build the platform he kept wishing existed — one platform, made for Bharat, where every rupee, language and channel actually works.

She leads product experience and customer success with a simple rule: if a salon owner in Indore or a coach in Pune can't figure it out in one afternoon, it goes back to the drawing board. That standard is why UniQ gets adopted in under a day — WhatsApp-first, Hindi-friendly, zero jargon.
