2. Information we collect

• Information you give us: name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, business name and details you share through forms, demos, chats or support requests.
• Account and billing information: login details, plan, invoices and GST details. Card and UPI payments are processed by our payment partners; we do not store full card numbers.
• Usage information: pages visited, device and browser type, IP address and similar technical data used to keep the service secure and improve it.
• Customer data: contacts, messages and other data our customers store in UniQ CRM. Our customers control this data and we process it only on their instructions.

3. How we use information

• To provide, maintain and support the service.
• To respond to enquiries, demos and support requests.
• To process payments and send invoices and service notices.
• To send product updates and offers, where you have agreed. You can opt out at any time.
• To protect against fraud, abuse and security threats, and to meet legal obligations.

4. Sharing information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run UniQ CRM (such as hosting, payment, email, SMS and WhatsApp providers), when required by law, or as part of a business transfer. These providers may only use the information to provide services to us.

5. WhatsApp, SMS and email messages

If you share your number or email with us, we may contact you about your enquiry. Promotional messages are sent only with consent, and you can reply STOP or contact us to opt out.

6. Data retention and security

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect information. No system is completely secure.

7. Your rights
