Refund Policy

1. 30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund of your first payment for a new UniQ CRM subscription within 30 days of that payment.

2. What is not refundable

• Renewal payments after the first 30 days.
• Third-party charges already used, such as WhatsApp (Meta), SMS or email message credits.
• Custom development, setup or onboarding services that have already been delivered.
• Accounts suspended for breaking our Terms and Conditions.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. Outside the 30-day guarantee, we do not provide partial refunds for unused time.

4. How to request a refund

Email uniqcrm@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 86866 89938 with your registered email, business name and payment date.

5. Processing time

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method, usually within 7–10 working days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the credit.
