Terms and Conditions

1. The service

UniQ CRM provides cloud software including CRM, funnels, landing pages, WhatsApp, email and SMS automation, booking, courses and related tools. Features available depend on your plan.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and your team members' accounts.
• You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act for your business.

3. Free trial and plans

New customers may receive a 14-day free trial. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in Indian Rupees, plus applicable GST, as shown on our pricing page. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. Prices may change with prior notice for the next billing period.

4. Third-party charges

Messaging and service charges from third parties — such as Meta for WhatsApp, SMS gateways, email providers and payment gateways — may apply in addition to your plan fee.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use UniQ CRM to:

• Send spam or messages to people who have not consented, or break WhatsApp, TRAI/DND or email rules.
• Upload unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringing content.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Your data

You own the data you store in UniQ CRM. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

7. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

8. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Planned maintenance will be notified where possible.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, UniQ CRM is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.
